An Embodied Meditation Community
Practice Together. Discover the Stillness Within.
Meditation does not have to be another technique to master. Body to Buddha is an invitation to come home to the aliveness already present within you — using the body and breath as simple gateways to stillness, awareness and wholeness.

Supportive practice

You don’t have to become someone else here.
Recognition
But are you really making it part of your life?
Maybe you don't need another complicated method. Maybe you need a place to practice.
What Is Body to Buddha?
Body to Buddha is an embodied meditation approach that begins with something very simple:
Your body is already here. Your breath is already here. Life is already happening.
Instead of trying to escape the body or silence the mind through force, we gently become intimate with our present experience.
Feel Aliveness
Become sensitive to the sensations, presence and aliveness within the body.
Breathe and Soften
Use the breath as a natural bridge into relaxation, presence and awareness.
Feel Rather Than Analyse
Come into a conscious heart space where experience can be felt with kindness and openness.
Discover What Is Already Here
Rest in the quietness, wholeness and stillness that can reveal itself through direct experience.

What Might a Practice Feel Like?
The practice is not about achieving a special state. It is about becoming more intimate with what is already happening.
You don't have to force an experience. You are simply invited to become intimate with what is already happening.

The Practice
The body is the gateway. The breath is the bridge. Stillness is what we discover within.

Meet Vasant
My name is Vasant, and I am from Goa, India. My spiritual journey has unfolded over many years through meditation, yoga, self-inquiry and the exploration of different contemplative traditions.
Along the way, I have explored practices and teachings from traditions and teachers including Heartfulness, Isha Yoga, Gangaji, Mooji, Rupert Spira, Eckhart Tolle and Eddie Stern. I am also a certified yoga trainer.
Over the last several years, I have been integrating my own embodied meditation practice, which I call Body to Buddha.
I am not interested in creating followers.
I want to create a community where people can:
Body to Buddha is a foundation. Your authentic experience is the journey.

The Journey
Understand the foundations of embodied meditation: what meditation can be, why the body, why the breath, aliveness, conscious heart space, gratitude, stillness.
Develop consistency through simple daily practice.
Deepen your relationship with body, breath, heart space and stillness. Begin creating your own authentic practice.
For those who feel called to share: learn how to hold space, listen, guide and facilitate with your own authentic flavour.
There is no race here. Your journey unfolds at your own pace.
Who Is This For?
You don't need to be an expert. You simply need curiosity, openness and a willingness to practice.
The Three Principles
For life.
For breath.
For the body.
For being alive.
Gratitude becomes a doorway into presence.
A willingness to meet ourselves with kindness, compassion and openness. Love allows us to feel without constantly judging, fixing or rejecting.
Softening our need to control every experience.
Listening.
Allowing.
Resting.
Trusting the intelligence of life.
You don’t have to believe anything. You are invited to explore and experience.
Community Values
Everyone who enters the Sangha brings their own life experience, questions, insights and gifts. Body to Buddha provides a foundation — not a rigid belief system.
The community should feel safe enough for people to explore, share, listen and grow.

Body to Buddha is a foundation, not a cage.
